Recruitment Process
Candidates put forward for consideration have had criminal and reference checks performed, academic credentials verified as well as first interviews conducted by the MPVR team. Our clients then follow their normal recruitment and interview processes thereafter.
Easy Onboarding Process
MPVR IT will equip staff locally with hardware, and our HR and IT functions offer further support to align with your existing onboarding processes for staff in order to slot quickly and seamlessly into your audit team.
Integration With Your Internal Control Processes
Your offshored team slots seamlessly into your existing internal control processes from a timekeeping, performance management, staff planning and training perspective and are supported locally by MPVR’s South African Management, HR, Payroll, IT, Reporting, Quality, Compliance and other operational support teams.
Account Management
Your team in South Africa will be allocated a UK experienced team lead to act as direct line manager to staff, as well as provide support to your UK team and management for day to day operations. Regular reporting reviews are conducted between MPVR and client management to discuss staff chargeability, performance and training.
Monthly Billing
A set transparent monthly fee per staff member is agreed upfront with our clients and is billed monthly in advance.
